PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes these classes are cancelled due to instructor availability or low enrollment. Schedulebliss is always up- to date. If you register for a class that gets cancelled, the class credit will be refunded to your account for later use.

SUNDAY

ALL LEVELS CONDITIONING BOOTCAMP w/ Laura (5pm- 6pm )

This class is great for those that want to focus on building strength and stamina in order to progress more quickly in your other circus classes. It is also a wonderful option for those that want try something a little less intimidating before trying aerial. This class consists of intensive floor and bar conditioning to specifically target muscles that we use for circus arts. ($15 drop- ins)

BEGINNERS AERIAL SILKS & LYRA w/ Caitlin (6pm- 7:30pm)

In beginners aerial silks and lyra we will focus on introducing the fundamentals on the aerial silks and the aerial hoop (lyra) in a fun and encouraging environment. The class begins with 30 mins of warm- up, followed by 50 minutes of aerial instruction and ending with a 10 minute cool- down. Even if you have never done circus arts before and you don’t think you are strong enough yet- we will find things that you can work on! You might surprise yourself. All you need to do is show up, follow instructions and make an effort! If you are not a beginner but you want to polish some of the basics feel free to join us. ($20 drop- ins)

Monday

ALL LEVELS KIDS AERIAL SERIES w/ Stephanie (7pm- 8:15pm)

During all levels kids aerial, participants ages 8yrs- 14yrs will work on aerial fundamentals before learning how to safely execute aerial sequences and develop showmanship. The series will culminate with an optional group showcase performance in early November. (This class is a fully booked series, please check back in November for info about the next kid’s series)

Intermediate/ advanced aerial silks w/ Caitlin (8pm-9:30pm)

This class is for students who have been taking aerial silks for some time and have passed the level 2 assessment. The class will start with a 30 minute conditioning and flexibility warm-up followed by 50 minutes of aerial silks instruction and then a 10 minute cool- down. In this class we will polish our fundamentals, learn more advanced climbs and poses, incorporate dynamics, piece together sequences and work on showmanship. ($20 drop-ins)

Tuesday

All Levels Aerial Silks & Lyra w/ Caitlin (7:30pm-9pm)

Students of all levels are welcome! This class is great for those who want to try a little bit of aerial silks as well as some aerial hoop. The class will start with a 30 minute warm-up, followed by 50 minutes of aerial silks and lyra instruction and we will finish with a 10 minute cool- down. During this class we will work on fundamental aerial skills and then we will add more difficult modifications for more advanced students as needed. ($20 drop- ins)

Open gym/ Showcase rehearsal w/ Caitlin (9pm-10pm)

Come in and practice what you have learned in your classes or work on a routine! An instructor will be available if you need any assistance. (Showcase performers can rehearse for free- all others must bring $10 cash or register online)

Wednesday

strength is beauty! - aerial sling series w stephanie (7:30pm-9pm)

The aerial sling is a versatile apparatus that can be used for conditioning and performance alike! The sling shape of the fabric allows for more support while you practice which can make it more accessible for beginners than silks. Showcase rehearsal w/ Stephanie (9pm-9:30pm)

Come in and practice your showcase routine! An instructor will be available if you need any assistance. (Showcase performers can rehearse for free)

Thursday

all levels hula- hoop flow w/ gabbi (7:30pm- 8:30pm)

Bring your own hula- hoop or borrow one of ours! In this class we will cover basic hula- hooping technique as well as a variety of fun tricks to incorporate into your flow. Work on your coordination while getting some cardio! ($15 drop- ins)

ALL LEVELS BELLY DANCE W/ GABBI (8:30pm- 9:30pm)

Entice and delight with this sensual form of dance! During this class we will break down the fundamentals of American Tribal Style Belly Dance and then combine what we learned into follow- the- leader style group dances. Side effects of learning belly dance may include: graceful hand movements, a whole new level of body awareness and increased confidence. ($15 drop- ins)

friday

All levels lyra- esque w/ Caitlin (8pm- 9:30pm)

Do you have an inner showgirl that wants to step into the spotlight? This class is for you. We will start with a sensual 20 minute floor warm- up followed by 30 minutes of cheeky burlesque style choreography, then we will spend 30 minutes incorporating some sexy low lyra into our choreography. We will review and then build on the same routine in each class until the next showcase. This class will end with a 10 minute cool- down. ($20 drop- ins)

saturday

all levels duos aerial w/ Caitlin & ivy (5:30pm-7pm)

Partner not required but a great option for date night! This class is for students of all levels. The class will start with a 30 minute team building floor warm-up, followed by 50 minutes of lyra and/or aerial silks instruction and we will finish with a 10 minute cool- down. In this class we will work on fundamental duo aerial skills and then progress to some intermediate duo aerial poses. ($20 drop-ins)

All levels flexibility w/ brandi (7pm- 8:30pm)

Who doesn’t want to become more flexible? Flexibility is an important element of cross training for any physical activity as well as overall wellness. Come in and work on your splits, backbends and other gumby goals. During this class we work on both active and passive stretching and conditioning in order to prevent injury while stretching. Bend don’t break! ($20 drop- ins)
