NEW: (Ages 8-14) AERIAL 101 8-WEEK KIDS SERIES (90 minutes)

This class is an 8- week series held every Sunday from 1-2:30 pm beginning on Jan 14th 2018. Space is limited. This class will cover the basics of aerial silks and aerial hoop such as standard climbs, methods of getting into the hoop, footlocks, inversions, knee- hangs, hip-keys, straddle- backs, basic poses and strength and flexibility conditioning techniques. 

No drop- ins. $150.00 for 8- weeks. 


NEW: LEVEL 1 ACROBATICS (60 minutes)

This acrobatics class is for beginners. The class will start with a 15 minute warm- up, followed by 45 minutes of acrobatics conditioning and instruction. Level one will cover the basics including splits, handstands and cartwheels.

Level 1 Aerial Silks  (90 minutes)

This silks class is for beginners. The class will start with a 25 minute warm-up, followed by 50 minutes of aerial silks instruction and then a 15 minute cool- down. Level 1 covers the foundations of silks such as standard climbs, footlocks, inversions, hip-keys, straddle- backs, basic poses and strength and flexibility conditioning techniques.

Level 2 Aerial Silks (90 minutes) 

Instructor Approval Required.

This class is for students who have been taking aerial silks for some time and have taken the level 2 test with a Chrysalis Aerial Academy instructor. The class will start with a 25 minute warm-up followed by 50 minutes of aerial silks instruction and then a 15 minute cool- down. Level 2 covers inversion climbs, basic drops, egg-beater footlocks, intermediate poses and strength and flexibility conditioning techniques.

Level 1 Aerial Hoop (90 minutes

This aerial hoop class is for beginners. The class will start with a 25 minute warm-up, followed by 50 minutes of aerial hoop instruction and then a 15 minute cool- down. Level 1 covers the foundations including various methods of getting into the hoop, knee- hangs, basic poses under the hoop and inside of the hoop as well as strength and flexibility conditioning techniques.
